Nicco is a versatile dancer, choreographer, and faculty member at Movement Nation since 2021. With over 14 years of experience, he has trained extensively in hip hop, jazz, contemporary, lyrical, and ballet. His dance journey began with freestyle and a strong focus on popping, later progressing to formal training at GY Dance and Brent Street, where he graduated in 2017. In 2019, he furthered his development through The Dream Dance Company's Show Business course, training across commercial and industry styles.

Influenced by icons like Keone & Mari, Brian Puspos, Ian Eastwood, and Mike Song, Nicco began choreographing at 14 and has continued to develop a unique style grounded in musicality and storytelling. As an instructor, he is passionate about creating a safe, encouraging space where students feel free to learn, grow, and enjoy the process. His teaching philosophy centres on the belief that making mistakes is part of learning and that dance, above all, should be fun.
