Liz is a passionate movement artist with a lifelong dedication to dance, having trained since the age of three. Her background spans ballet, jazz, hip hop, tap, lyrical, and acro, with continued growth into hip hop freestyle, heels, and Latin partner styles such as salsa and bachata.

Her choreography is driven by musicality, focusing on shape, texture, and dynamics to craft visually striking movement. Liz’s freestyle blends contemporary fusion with a distinctive, quirky edge.
